
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 64

Providing for the extension of the first regular session of the
Seventy-fifth Legislature of West Virginia.

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two-thirds of
the members elected to each House agreeing thereto:

That the first regular session of the Seventy-fifth
Legislature is hereby extended pursuant to section twenty-two,
article VI of the Constitution of the State of West Virginia, for
a period not to exceed seven days for consideration of Engrossed
Senate Bill No. 704;

And, be it

Further Resolved, That when adjournment is taken by the two
houses of the Legislature at the close of their respective sessions
on the fourteenth day of April, two thousand one, such adjournment
shall be until 5:00 p.m. on the sixteenth day of April, two
thousand one, pursuant to section twenty-two, article VI of the
Constitution of the State of West Virginia, unless the Legislature
is called to reconvene prior thereto by a majority vote of the
committee on rules of both houses, in which event such adjournment shall be until the date and time of reconvening specified by said
committees.
